I, the Investor and the manager hereby agree to this Investment Letter of Intent based on mutual trust and cooperation. I hereby confirm the subscription of the fund managed by the Manager and the Manager is also committed to comply with the terms of the negotiations between the parties. Both parties hereby agree to fulfil their obligations and obtain corresponding income.

In order to clarify legitimate rights, obligations and interests of both parties, the two parties have reached the following agreement on a voluntary and equal basis for mutual compliance.
